From Dream to Departure: A thoughtful and fun process to take your vision from idea to itinerary with support at every step and plenty of room for your personality to shine through.

  • We’ll start with a complimentary Zoom call so I can get to know you, your travel style, and what would make this trip truly special. Whether you have a full wishlist or just a feeling, this is where we dream a little and set the tone for what’s ahead.

  • If it feels like the right fit, I’ll send over a simple client agreement and your planning fee invoice. Everything’s outlined clearly, and I’ll walk you through what’s included so you can feel confident moving forward.

  • Next, I begin curating your personalized trip proposal, gathering inspiration, options, and thoughtful touches based on your preferences. Think dreamy hotels, tried-and-true travel partners, and itineraries that feel like you, not a tour group.

  • Once the foundation is in place, we add in all the experiences that bring your trip to life—dining, spa days, special excursions, cultural highlights, and more. I’ll manage all the logistics and bookings, so everything flows smoothly behind the scenes.

  • IBefore you leave, you’ll receive your final itinerary, travel tips, and all the details you need to feel fully prepared. And once you're off? I'm still just a message away in case anything unexpected pops up. You can focus on making memories—I’ll make sure everything else is handled.
